We brought in our 2019 GMC 2500 with concerns regarding DEF readings . We were in a crunch due to long weekend plans requiring our truck ,and although they were busy they not only fixed our problems but went over and above to insure I was shuttled back to workplace , found and installed the parts required and we were up and running with a few extra checked for us at no additional cost . Price very reasonable and could not ask for better service. Would definitely recommend!

My 1st interactions with Gearhead (Rob, Cat & co) were excellent. I had been "passed around" other companies trying to find a fix for some electrical issues on my car. Gearhead agreed to take on the challenge -- and succeeded with a billing 1/3 the cost of a previous estimate! The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. I appreciate that that Rob kept me updated on the progress of getting the necessary parts and that they had a "loaner" car for my use while in Red Deer while the work was completed. I even got a follow-up message a couple days later to ensure everything was working. Well done, Gearhead!!

I know literally nothing about vehicles and I wasn’t made to feel stupid or felt like I was being taking advantage of. My vehicle was here for 3 days and they did everything they could to make sure they got it back to me as quickly and cost efficiently as possible! They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use. Great service! And thank you to Cat at the front for being so kind!! Would definitely recommend this shop and will return for any vehicle needs!!

Gearhead did an outstanding job working to diagnose the root cause of the issue on our Durango and come up with strategies to repair. The communication was fantastic from Cat and Rob as things progresses. They provided a Courtesy Loaner to our busy family also to keep our kids moving to activities. Highly recommend their shop for any work needed.

Had a major engine fault and took it to GearHead for estimate. Holidaymaker time at reception left Cat alone and she was busy. But she did a thorough estimate and helped advise parts needed. Can’t say enough appreciation for this place. Mechanics did a great job and not to forget the warranty that Napa Parts gives. they have earned my trust. Thanks all of you there

Had major electrical issues with my fusion! The staff and technicians were wonderful and did everything they could to sort out the problem and rectify it! I had my vehicle into many other shops before and was always told it was just a sensor issue, which it wasn’t and was more’ ! gear-head worked tirelessly until they found the root cause! If ever I have issues in the future this is where I will be going, and sending anyone else to as well! If you’re experiencing electrical issues with your vehicle, bring it here, they will take care of you!

First time using this shop. Needed exhaust work done on my ford. Great experience. Was booked in within a week. Given an estimate for the repair and estimate for length of repair. Both were honored. Was shuttled to and from their shop. Extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful front-end staff. Mechanical work was extremely well done. Highly recommended based on my experience. My 2011 Ford Fiesta was immobilized following transmission failure. I trailered the vehicle to Gearhead Automotive where they quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Overall, extremely courteous and fair pricing. I highly recommend this shop!

Shout out to the owner of this place! You sir are the best!Came in with my Dodge ram with a steering issue on my way back to Edmonton.Even though all of the ramps were full , the owner still took a look at my truck personally and solved my issue that was terrifying to drive with!Got me back on the road with no further issues.I am truly grateful for this!

I brought my car in with a part I had ordered, they got the part installed that same day before lunch plus did some extra checks for me, when I got the bill it was way cheaper than what the dealership had quoted me for, great service and the people there were fantastic, I’ll definitely be coming back to here if I need something fixed

Honest shop that doesn't take advantage of people.Came here for a second opinion on an out of province inspection on our 2012 kia sorento. They saved us $2000 because they didn't make up a bunch of work like the other place did and just told us like it was for what needed to be done. Super happy we ended up coming to them!! We will continue to book with them for all of our future mechanical needs!!Thanks again!

I highly recommend Gearhead! I had taken it to Toyota a few times and was extremely disappointed with the dysfunctional & incomplete service . This was my first experience with Gearhead and they were thorough, explained things well, accurate quote, super friendly and a much better rate than Toyota. We will be bringing it there from now on! Great shop. There new "Vehical Inspection Report" - complete with pictures and accompanired severity report - gives you a great idea of your vehical condition and what has to be repaired or monitored. All starts with Jolyn ..(thks) ... keeps you in the loop !!!

Bought an F350 6.4l at an auction, had to do an out of province inspection. Had a Ford dealer do the first inspection. They missed a ton of stuff that Gearhead did not.Gearhead also worked with me so I could do the simple repairs myself. They even moved some of their own vehicles around to try and help out my tight schedule.I've put almost 10,000km on the truck since they finished it just over a month ago. The truck has been 100% reliable with zero issues. And BOY am I glad I got them to fix the AC.

They got my vehicle in spur of the moment as my engine light came on and the vehicle was hesitating. They diagnosed the problem, cleared the error and had everything ready for me before the end of the day. This was my first time dealing with Gear Head / Napa Autopro and I was impressed with their service and follow up. The dealership where I normally take my vehicle for servicing doesn’t come close to the customer service received at Gear Head! Great job people! Keep it up!
